Informative staff, fine breakfast, well-kept room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and great views. It was located in a nice area adjacent to Cades Cove and Pigeon Forge.

We both loved our stay, it was really nice, and we will be back. Prime location, amazingly attentive staff and super breakfast with outstanding products. Smooth check in and flawless service. Characterful base for thanksgiving in Townsend.

The staff was caring and the location was perfect. Nice view, a nice balcony, great bed, too. Outstanding service and an nice pool onsite. Not to mention free wifi!

Totally best experience. I loved it, staff and layout were outstanding! Plenty of supplies in the room: microwave and iron/ironing board. There was cozy interior.

Nice little place, immaculately clean, exceptional value. People were KIND - staff and other guests. The pool area was well maintained too. Pleasant enough experience there.

Our favorite hotel in Townsend, staff was efficient. Very convenient location and view of mountain. It's 10 mins walk to the center.
